Photograph Tip:

Now a days with digital photography taking a half way decent photograph is not hard. You can see the results of your image pretty much as fast as you can press the button. Ideally images for our virtual tours are nice and wide with high resolution. So back up as far as you can when you take your picture. Usually the landscape setting on you camera will do just fine. You can also get a close up image of something unique to the property like a condo name or a in wall TV.
As a professional photographer for many years I learned the only way to take one good photo is to take a lot  them.
